History
Once in 1952, a woman and her new fiancee came to BBQ Poor Red to celebrate their engagement. They decided that cocktails should be made to honor them. The old couple and bartender Frank Cline decided that it should match the newly purchased gold Cadillac pair. After many trials and errors, Klein finally settled on a recipe now known as the Golden Cadillac.
