Vodka Red Bull The cocktail is a caffeinated alcoholic beverage consisting of Red Bull energy drinks and a variety of vodka. It's popular among 25 to 50 years in bars and nightclubs around the world. Red Bull has been used as a common mixer in alcoholic beverages in Europe since the 1980s, though not specifically with vodka. However, this drink became very popular in North America when it began serving in San Francisco's Legendary Butter Bar, which is considered a home in North America, and one of the many places you will still receive Red Bull's "Perfect Service" from 2oz's of Vodka with cans 8.4Oz full of Red Bull.
The ratio of Red Bull to vodka varies but usually Ã,¾ from Red Bull and Ã,¼ vodka. In some places it is customary to serve whole cans with a single shot of vodka; on the other, can be split between several glasses, each containing several vodka shots. Red Bull dominates so the taste of alcohol is not too strong.
Alcoholic beverages containing caffeine can be harmful because caffeine can mask the effects of alcohol and can cause one to misinterpret the true level of poisoning. However, in the year 2012 scientific review paper "Energy drink mixed with alcohol: misconceptions, myths and facts" is published, discusses available scientific evidence about the effects of mixing energy drinks with alcohol. The authors note that excessive and irresponsible alcohol consumption has adverse effects on human health and behavior, but it must be clear that this is due to alcohol, and not a mixer. They conclude that there is no consistent evidence that energy drinks alter the level of poisoning felt by people who mix energy drinks with alcohol and find no evidence that consumption with energy drinks causes an increase in alcohol consumption.
In 2001 it was reported in Sweden that two people died after drinking Vodka Red Bull. The Swedish National Food Administration investigates, but continues to allow the sale of Red Bull.

Discovery
Vodka Red Bull was discovered by renowned futurologist Benjamin Reed in 1999. It is believed to be an accidental creation and the original recipe also contains Lemonade. Lemonade finally falls from the recipe because Reed feels that for branding and more solid popularity, ask for 'Vodka Red Bull & amp; Lemonade 'is too long.
