The Goldendoodle is a cross dog, acquired by breeding Golden Retriever with Poodle. The name, which changed the "poodle" to "doodle" with analogy to "Labradoodle", was created in 1992.

History
The Goldendoodle was first raised by Monica Dickens in 1969. Popularity for goldendoodle grew in the 1990s when breeders in North America and Australia began crossing the Golden Retrievers with Standard Poodles. The original purpose of the cross was to develop a guide dog suitable for people with vision problems with allergies. Pudu is considered hypoallergenic. Their coat is not shed, which reduces feathers. Dander is a protein that releases from the skin and causes allergies in humans.
Goldendoodle is referred to as a designer dog. The EncyclopÃÆ'Ã|dia Britannica traced the term "designer dog" to the end of the 20th century when breeders began to cross pure Pedi race with other breeds of breeds to get dogs with hair that did not shave poodles, along with the desirable characteristics of other breeds.. With regards to goldendoodles, golden retrievers are considered a great family dog, which is why they have been used for crossbreeding with poodles.

Shedding
While not all goldendoodles exhibit a type of Hypoallergenic coat from the Standard Poodle, most goldendoodles have low layers until they do not decay. While the shedding rate varies from dog to dog, overall, the gold exhibit shows less shedding than other dogs. Treatment requirements include regular brushing, occasional bathing and some pruning. Due to the minimal shedding, Goldendoodles tend to have less dandruff, reducing allergic responses.
Symbol
There are three main types of mantle. There is a straight coat, which is flat and more like a golden retriever coat. This type of wavy coat is a mixture of poodle curls, and a more straight retriever gold coat. The last type of coat is curly, which tends to look more like a poodle coat. The size of goldendoodle is generally somewhere between the poodle's parents and the golden retriever's parents. Size ranges include standard, medium, and miniature (if the parent poodle is miniature). Upon reaching adulthood, a standard gold cake will often weigh 60 to 100 pounds. Goldendoodle will have a weight between 30 and 45 pounds and a gold miniature will weigh about 15 to 30 pounds. The standard height on the shoulders for goldendoodle men is about 24-26 inches. For women, it's 22-23 inches. Often, higher goldendoodles inherit more from golden retrievers and will cost more. It's very common for goldendoodle to inherit the "golden retriever bump" above his head.
Common coat colors include white, beige, apricot, gold, red, and sometimes gray and black (also called ghosts). Goldendoodles may also be black or light brown. They are classified into types according to the descendants of their parents. Goldendoodle F1 is a breed of poodle married to a golden retriever. Goldendoodle F1B is a descendant of a poodle with goldendoodle F1. Goldendoodle F2 is descended from F1 and other F1 goldendoodle, and Goldendoodle F2B is descended from F1 and F1B goldendoodles.
Status multiply
Some breeders prefer to limit breeding for first generation (F1) and first generation cross-back (F1B). This is done in an effort to maximize genetic diversity and avoid the inherited health problems that have plagued many breeds of dogs.
Well-established breed associations such as AKC, UKC, and CKC, do not recognize this hybrid, or any other cross designer, as a breed. However, some major kennel clubs accept cross-breed dog and mixed dog registration for performance events such as dexterity and compliance such as the Continental Kennel Club. The Continental Kennel Club will receive and give genealogy to goldendoodle as long as the parents have the registration.
Health
With broad-minded cultivation, golden cakes tend to be rather healthy dogs, but Poodle and Golden Retrievers are equally susceptible to hip dysplasia. Therefore, the OFA or PennHIP exam is strongly recommended to check this issue before the dog is bred.
Both breeds are susceptible to a number of eye disorders inherited, so it is important that the annual CERF examination (Canine Eye Registration Foundation) is performed before the breed. Goldendoodle inherited Golden Retriever's ear; because their ears hang and do not allow water to flow, they are susceptible to ear infections and yeast infections in the ears from swimming. Von Willebrands disease (vWD), a bleeding disorder, can also be found in Poodle and should be filtered through DNA testing before breeding.
Usage
Since 2005, Goldendoodles has been used as pets, agility dogs, guide dogs, therapy dogs, diabetic dogs, search dogs and rescue dogs as they inherit poodle intelligence and ease of training of golden retrievers. Goldendoodles are also becoming increasingly used as domestic pets because of their affection for families, as well as their hospitality and patience with children and foreigners.
