Originally marketed in 1982 with Linda Evans as its spokesperson, the company then has celebrities Raquel Welch and Priscilla Presley as spokespersons.
Crystal Light sweetened with a combination of aspartame, acesulfame potassium, sucralose, and/or sugar depending on a particular product line and flavor. First packaged in a multi-serve canister, Crystal Light launched the "On The Go" package in 2004. In 2009, Crystal Light redesigned its multi-series packaging. On the basis of finished goods, the new design uses 250 ton of packaging less than the original. In 2010, Crystal Light launched Pure Fitness, a mixture of low-calorie natural fitness drinks sweetened with sugar and Truvia, a sweetener derived from stevia plants. Currently sold in the "On The Go" package. In 2011, Crystal Light Pure Fitness changed its name to Crystal Light Pure, and three additional flavors were introduced. In April 2012, several variants of Crystal Light were added to the sodamix syrup line for SodaStream soda home maker.
Kraft Foods, Crystal Light's parent company, offers product trackers on its website to help find the taste in the desired location. Crystal Light is sold in the US and Canada.

Crystal Light is available in a variety of natural and artificial sweeteners, and some, but not all flavors may be gluten-free. Most sense Crystal Light (24) contains five calories per one serving 8 fl. This ounce is sold in different packet sizes. Single "On The Go" varieties serve in 7- and 10-count packages. The multi-serve packages are available in 8-quart canisters (eight 1-qt. Packages), 10-quart canisters (five 2-qt. Packages), and 12-quart canisters (six 2-qt. Crystal Light varieties include Refreshment, Sunrise, Tea, Enhanced and Skin Essentials. Famine Satisfaction Variety contains 5g of fiber and 3 g protein (from milk) per serving. The Focus and Energy varieties containing 40 and 60 mg of caffeine per serving, respectively, and various Fibers contain 3 g of prebiotic fiber from inulin, advertised as supporting digestive health.
